Parineeta Borthakur is one the seasoned artists on Indian Television. The actress has been a pivotal part of many hit shows. Now, the actress revealed that her fans had mentioned that she resembled Egyptian actress Wafaa Amer, while talking exclusively to TOI TV, the actress shared that she is quite happy to know about it.
Talking about the similarity, she said, "Some Egyptian people feel that I look like her. They say that it's not just the eyes that are similar but even our personalities. Wafaa Amer has a strong-headed personality and so do I, she is also a great actress. I haven't met her but I have a lot of Egyptian followers so I know about her and even Rania Youssef, that they are big stars there."
On her Instagram handle, Parineeta shared a post sharing the same how her fans have been comparing her to Wafaa and shared that she would love to meet the actress someday. To which even Wafaa had commented, "Thank you so much, my love."
Parineeta further shared how she receives a lot of love in the Middle East and her recent trip to Dubai, she quipped, "My Dubai visit was short and sweet, the experience was good. I visited the city with the travel agency. Whenever I have visited any Middle Eastern country I receive a lot of love from them. The women keep showering me with kisses and complimenting me in Arabic as most of our shows are dubbed and aired there. So yes, I had a lovely experience."
