Actress Sukhmani Sadana tied the knot with businessman Sunny Gill on March 3. The actress got married in Amritsar among family members and friends. Her friends from the industry Minissha Lamba and Suzanne Khan attended the wedding.

Sukhmani met her husband around 8 months ago in Mumbai at a common friend's party. She said, "We met through common friends at a party and connected well. And after dating for a few months, we decided to tie the knot. Sunny stays in Vancouver, Canada and so now I will be shuffling between Mumbai and Vancouver. Our wedding was a small but beautiful affair in Amritsar, my home town. Our wedding was held in a gurudwara and after it was over, we also went to the Golden Temple. I am glad I have found my soulmate because Sunny is a nice guy."


The actress also drove in a vintage car on her wedding day. She said, "Amritsar is my hometown and I grew up in the beautiful city. So, I decided to drive in a vintage car with my husband in the bylanes of Amritsar. It reminded me how I used to run on the streets of Amritsar and catch flying kites. My wedding had Punjabi cuisine for guests and everyone enjoyed it a lot."


Sukhmani, who has acted in web shows like Sacred Games, Tandav, Tanaav, a TV show Ishq Kills shared how she is back in Mumbai for work. She said, "I never wanted a big wedding. After a few days in Amritsar, I am back in Mumbai today, hosting a show. I am surprised how it was a chat mangni, pat byaah. It was love at first sight when I met Sunny. We are glad and look forward to this new chapter of our lives.
