Actor-couple Shrenu Parikh and Akshay Mhatre are all set to tie the knot on December 21. The wedding will be preceded by sangeet, mehendi and haldi functions.The excited couple told us, “We have been preparing for the wedding for quite some time now. We always wanted a close-knit wedding with just our close family friends and relatives in attendance.”Shrenu recently posted pictures of her bachelorette party on social media where she was seen celebrating with her industry friends Mansi Srivastava and Surbhi Chandna. When we asked Akshay if he will also have a bachelor party and he replied, “Yes, I will also be having a small party with my boy gang before we leave for Vadodara. Shrenu and I are looking forward to this new phase in our lives.”In an earlier interview with BT, Shrenu had said, “There is a certain calmness that Akshay brings to my stormy soul.
