Exclusive! Sneha Jain to enter Megha Barsenge: My role will be glamorous and negative

Sneha Jain, who was last seen in the TV show Janam Janam Ka Saath (2023) after playing the lead in Saath Nibhana Sathiya 2, is all set to return to TV after 2 years. The actress will be seen playing a negative role in the Neil Bhatt-Neha Rana show Megha Barsenge.

Sneha said, "I will play a very glamorous woman, who enters Arjun's (Neil Bhatt) life as his ex. My character will bring a lot of changes in Arjun and Megha's life because she will want Arjun back. It is a negative role and yet justified because she is in love with the guy. I am looking forward to playing this role because I have waited 2 years for the right opportunity."

Sneha shared how after playing the lead in Saath Nibhana Sathiya 2, she was slotted in the girl-nex-door roles. She said, "My role in Saathiya was about this simple girl who works for the family and looks after them. I had to break that image and it took me a while to do that. Many times makers felt I would not be able to suit this completely different, attractive looking woman in a show and so I missed many good opportunities. Therefore, with this role, people will know that I am capable of playing a completely different role. I had to shed that simple girl image and this role is perfect for me."

On the personal front, Sneha shares further, "I am single and want to get married. But, I haven't found the right person yet. The last two years I shot for a web show and then after it got over, I was waiting for the right role. I am a Mumbaikar and I had always wanted to become an actress."
