Monika Bhadoriya, who is best remembered for her role in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, recently got a photoshoot done. The actress sported completely new looks, something she has never tried before. The photos presented her in a new look and she is looking very stylish. Monika spoke exclusively to ETimes TV about her new photoshoot and following new trends.
On being asked about the photoshoot she says "It is important to get your pictures clicked from time to time for an actor. We are from the glamour industry. So the pressure of looking your best is always there."
On being asked how important it is to look good she says, "Actors have to look good all the time, be it on screen or off screen. When we go out to public places, say a theatre or a mall we end up meeting our fans who click pictures with us. Autographs have gone out of fashion clicking selfies in the age of social media. I tend to dress up nicely though I don't make too much effort. But yes, I feel more confident when I wear something that is comfortable yet stylish. So I must admit that we should look our best when we step out."
On being asked how she manages to not skip what's on trend in the world of fashion, Monika says, "As of now for me fashion is not just a term but something I would love to learn more and more about. I always look upto what is the trend and see if I will be comfortable wearing it or not. If my body feels comfortable in that particular dress and it suits my body type then I don't miss any chance to style it."
Coming to Monika, who played Bawri in TMKOC, quit the sitcom in 2019. In her recent interviews, the actress went on to share the ordeal she had to go through while working on the popular sitcom. She not only accused the makers of holding back her payment for a long time but also shared that she was tortured mentally while working on the show.
