Samridhii Shukla, who is currently portraying Abhira in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, shared a deeply personal and touching tribute to the producer of her show, Rajan Shahi.
Talking about Rajan Shahi, Samridhii shared, "How do I say anything about Rajan Sir? Let me start from the beginning. I was new to the industry, but you know how you hear about the big names of people who are ruling the industry? That’s how I first heard of Rajan Sir. Everyone would say, 'If you work with Rajan Sir, your life is set. You’ll get consistent work, payments on time, and most importantly, it’s always a pleasure to work in his production house. They really take care of you.'"
She further added, "I thought to myself, 'One day, I’m going to work with him. One day, I’ll be a part of this production house.' Honestly, now, after a year of experience, I can speak from the heart—it truly is a family here. Rajan Sir is especially humble, and the first time I met his daughter, I was so impressed. I told him, 'She is so nice, so humble,' and that shows, there are so many morals, ethics, and values that Rajan Sir has instilled in her, and of course, parents are the biggest role models. It’s rare to see people at such higher positions, with so much power and blessings, stay so grounded, kind, and humble. I’m truly grateful to be working here and I’m looking forward to continuing this journey for a long, long time."
