Farah Khan is one of Bollywood's most prominent and successful directors. Her journey, however, was not without its challenges. She began as a background dancer, progressed to choreography, and is now a well-known director. Many people may be surprised to learn that she has performed as a background dancer in numerous popular Hindi songs. In a recent conversation with Jamie Lever, Johnny Lever, and their families, she admitted to dancing behind Archana Puran Singh.
Farah Khan was engaging with Johnny Lever and his children, discussing their shoot and the locations they had been together. Jamie questioned if she was choreographing at the time. Farah Khan admitted, "I was behind... Jalwa mein, I stood behind Archana and danced."
This astonished everyone, and Jamie said, "How?" Khan said that Archana had the same reaction. For those unfamiliar, the 1987 film Jalwa stars Naseeruddin Shah, Amitabh Bachchan, Archana Puran Singh, and Johnny Lever, among others.
Farah Khan showed how Jamie Lever's mother made Rasam in the video. She also ordered a chicken roast for them. Later, Johnny Lever and his son joined them. The director has started a series of vlogs in which she visits famous celebrities' homes and learns one of their recipes.
Archana Puran Singh has appeared in several notable Bollywood films, including Aag Ka Gola, Ladaai, Agneepath, and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, among others. Aside from Bollywood, she established herself in the reality television industry with The Kapil Sharma Show and Comedy Circus.
She replaced Navjot Singh Sidhu as a permanent guest on the show. Singh also joined the cast of The Great Indian Kapil Show, which premiered on Netflix this year. It will return for a second season soon, with the same team as the first. The actress has also presented a number of shows.
