The channel on which the popular show aired has decided to bring back Pavitra Rishta and Jodha Akbar on popular demand.
It made an official announcement on its Instagram handle and wrote: The announcement that you have been waiting for is finally here! The #OnDemand list is out and we cant keep calm. Your favourites #PavitraRishta & #JodhaAkbar will air once again, starting from 3rd September, Mon-Fri, 4 PM & 5 PM respectively.
Sushant and Ankita met on the sets of Pavitra Rishta and fell in love. The two were in a relationship for quite a long time before they called it quits, much to the disappointment of their fans.
While they may not be together, when The Times Of India asked Ankita if she would be okay being friends with her ex, she had said, "I am okay being friends with an ex. You don’t become enemies. Everybody has their own journey and they leave when the time is over. Maybe, they are only meant to be with you for that particular time."
