Speaking at Groww's ‘Ab India Karega Groww’ event, Gupta reportedly remarked, “Nifty is Shah Rukh Khan because he has had some bad patches, but has delivered most of the time.” Through this comparison, she emphasized the importance of long-term investment strategies, encouraging investors to stay resilient during market fluctuations.

Gupta also urged women investors to avoid panic-driven decisions while remaining aware of potential investment opportunities during market corrections. Her message resonated with many, as she continues to advocate for financial literacy and confidence among women in investing.

In a candid conversation with Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan on her podcast, Gupta shared her strategy for overcoming age-related biases in the business world. “In business, you are investing money, and people trust you more if you have some grey hair, are bald, or look older. Since I was quite young when I started my business, I began wearing sarees to appear more mature,” she revealed.

Known as the ‘Girl with a Broken Neck,’ Gupta has been open about her struggles and journey to success. She once shared, “In 2018, I took storytelling classes, which led me to give a talk titled Girl with a Broken Neck, released on YouTube. That experience boosted my self-confidence. Challenges, rejections, and problems exist, but I remain optimistic. If you ask me the biggest reason for my optimism, it is Indian entrepreneurship.”

Radhika Gupta's career exemplifies resilience and adaptability, inspiring young entrepreneurs to navigate challenges with determination and innovative thinking.
