The 17th season of Bigg Boss is set to premiere on October 15. With the new season fans will witness the nostalgic era of Salman Khan's hit songs with his performance. On the other hand, the latest season has launched a new feature. The housemates will get a chance to use phones inside the house. This feature surely hints at more twists and turns in the show.

Season 17 of Bigg Boss has an intriguing lineup of superstars from various walks of life. Couples vs. Singles seasons are on the way. Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Neil Bhatt, Aishwarya Sharma, Jigna Vohra, Munawar Faruqui, Khanzadi alias Firoza Khan, and others are already on the list.

A source close to the show has put rest to all the different speculations and exclusively stated to Bombay Times, “After considering several names, we have zeroed in on Gauahar and Rithvik as the hosts of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. The show is returning to the channel where it all began, and we wanted to rope in someone popular and can strike a chord with the audience immediately.”

Tejasswi Prakash organised a cosy yet lavish birthday party for beau Karan Kundrra in Goa. So for us as well it is a challenge to do the new track. The basic storyline is the same. As it is a TV show, fans can expect Katha and Viaan to meet again. If it was real life then there would have been that uncertainty. For now, the track is that Viaan and Katha have moved on a little and 8 months have passed. So it will be interesting to see how their paths will cross again."

Not Bigg Boss 17, Kanwar Dhillon is gearing up for a new show. A source close to the show shared, "We had locked Kanwar long back when the news of his exit from Pandya Store came out. We approached Kanwar with our new show and things have been in favour. However, the rest of the casting is yet to be done but Kanwar is confirmed."

Nima Denzongpa actress Bhairavi Vaidya passed away on October 8 at the age of 67. As per the reports the actress has been suffering from cancer for the past 6-7 months. However, there weren't any further details about her sad demise and funeral. Bhairavi's co-star Nishi Saxena shared, "Bhairaviji was very close to me. It was such a shock when I came to know that she was not in this world anymore. She played my dadi in my last show Nima Denzongpa. I remember how we used to book the same cab for Naigaon. Our shoot was there and we used to travel together. We had so much in the cab rides, we used to also meet at Tiwari Jis in Juhu and other spots. It feels like yesterday that I went to her home in Ganpati and now she is not here with us. I just pray wherever she is, she is happy and may her soul rest in peace. Yes, it is still a shock and we are still processing it."

Madhura Naik exclusively spoke to BT about the heart-wrenching incident, “My mother is a Jew. My entire maternal family lives in Israel and it is also my home. On Saturday, when Hamas started bombing Israel, my sister, her husband and two kids fled in a car to be with our uncle so that they could all be under one roof in such difficult times. But sadly, as they drove, they were shot and my sister and her husband died on the spot. The two kids, who are six and three, were seated behind in the car and were saved. They were identified and are now safe with our family in Israel. We have not even got the bodies of my sister and her husband… This is what war does. It kills innocent people. I came to know about this on Sunday morning when my uncle called. Currently, we are not able to establish regular contact with them. This is a scary situation to be in. My mother is worried about her family, and we have all been grieving.”

Archana Gautam came live on her Instagram handle and shared what had happened with her when she went to the Congress Office. She said, "When we went to go inside the Party Office, they closed the gates and didn't give me permission. Despite my notifying the PA one day prior. I had informed Neerajji that I will be coming the next day by 12 p.m. They already planned at night and called for women party members from UP to attack me. The videos that you saw on social media are barely 1% of what had happened, all the reporters were also beaten including my father, driver and me."

She further added, "I felt like when a woman gets raped or murdered and she tries to seek help from the passing cars to save her life. I was doing that. I was begging for help from the cars to help us escape from this situation but nobody bothered. There was no humanity left to help my father or me. What do I expect from others the people from my party itself have beaten me."

When I was talking to Salman Khan he was confronting me about a few things. It was shown in the show that I was trying to make people fight, my conversation with Rashami was presented in a way that it looked as if I was doing chugli. Jasmine Bhasin was recently admitted to the hospital due to a stomach infection. After 3 days of treatment, the actress was discharged. Jasmine exclusively shared with BT, "I suffered a serious bout of food poisoning. I was careless with my eating habits, but now I am going to be careful about what I eat. Of course, sometimes, things happen which are not in your control. But I have realised that you have to take care of your health and be mindful of what you eat. I should have been extra careful because I have a sensitive digestive system."
