Gaurav Wadhwa to play the hero in 'Super Sister'

', are leaving no stone unturned to put together a stellar cast. After we reported exclusively about

Vaishali Thakkar

being roped in to play one of the two siblings, the one with super powers, we now have the information on the male lead of the show.

Gaurav Wadhwa

, who has featured on several shows like 'Fear Files', '

Ye Hai Mohabbatein

' and 'Thapki Pyar Ki', and was last seen on '

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

', has been signed on to play the hero opposite Vaishali.

Informs a source associated with the show, "Gaurav's character is quite an interesting one. He plays a stinking rich guy with a golden heart. He loves playing the good Samaritan. He is also extremely religious and is always ready to go out of his way to help those in distress."

Gaurav didn't respond to our text message.

As reported by us, the story revolving around two sisters will be narrated from the younger sister's perspective, who believes that her elder sister is her super sister, as she is blessed with magical powers. Maninee Mihir Mishra and Kunal Pandit are also a part of the show.
