Shafaq Naaz, who was last seen in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaaar Mein, shared an important health update with her fans. The actress revealed that she had undergone knee surgery and posted several pictures from the hospital. She expressed optimism about recovering with strength and determination and thanked the doctors and medical team for ensuring the surgery's success.
In one of the photos, Shafaq is seen lying on the hospital bed with her left leg wrapped in bandages and a knee brace. The smile on her face conveys her happiness and relief after the successful surgery. A drip is also visible, connected to her hand.
Sharing the photos on her Instagram account, she wrote, "Shafaq Naaz wrote, "Life threw me a curveball recently, As you all know I injured my knee and I had to undergo ACL surgery. It’s been a tough journey but I’m ready to tackle recovery with strength, determination and taking one step at a time. Grateful to say now that I’m on the road to recovery, thanks to the incredible care I received."
She further added, "I know I have a long journey but Here’s to healing, patience and the road to getting back stronger than ever."
As soon as the actress shared the post, Shafaq received an outpouring of support from both her colleagues and fans following her health update. Aishwarya Sharma, her co-star from the popular show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, wrote, "Take care" with a red heart emoji. Actress Veebha Anand also left a reaction. Additionally, a fan commented, "It will be a little painful, but you can make it." Many other fans flooded the comment section, sending their best wishes for Shafaq's speedy recovery.
On the professional front, Shafaq Naaz is known for her roles in shows like Kahat Hanuman Jai Shri Ram and Mahabharat. She has also appeared in popular series such as Crime Patrol, Adaalat, Fear Files, and Teri Meri Love Stories.
