I couldn't go to Delhi this year, it's a working Eid for me this time: Zain Imam

Zain Imam, who is currently seen in the show Fanaa: Ishq Mein Marjawan, does not have elaborate Eid plans today. The actor, who usually spends time feasting with family in Delhi, will be shooting this time. Zain shared how Eid used to be a feasting time for him in Delhi with his family.

He says, "I will not be able to go home to Delhi and celebrate the festival with family. I will be in Mumbai shooting and working on my projects, so this year it will be a working Eid for me. I have many prior commitments and I won't be able to go to my hometown."

The actor adds, "Every year around this time, during Eid, I travel to Delhi and enjoy feasting with my family and friends. My day starts with the beautiful morning namaaz and then greeting all the members in family and meeting friends. The rest of the day is spent in eating and spending quality time with my family. I would have loved to go home but work is keeping my busy this time."

Zain is currently seen playing the role of Agastya Raichand in Fanaa. He is paired opposite Reem Sheikh in it. Earlier, Zain has been part of TV shows like Ishqbaaz, Naamkarann, Tash-e-Ishq. The actor was also seen in music videos and web shows in the last two years. Zain is playing an obsessive lover with grey shades in Fanaa. His chemistry with Reem Sheikh has been liked by the masses.
