There comes a stage when the actor and the role start to blend naturally,” she explains, adding that she found her rhythm with Maya over time.Joining Jagadhatri also feels special on a personal level. Each character shapes you not just professionally, but personally too,” she shares.Reflecting on the biggest lesson of 2025, Sayantani admits that the year taught her to slow down mentally. “We all plan too much and overthink. But life doesn’t always go the way we expect. This year reminded me to stay present and trust the process,” she says.Health remains her biggest takeaway. “When you go through something like this, you realise how important good health is. By God’s grace, my family and I are fine, and that’s what truly matters,” she adds.Looking ahead to 2026, Sayantani has simple goals. She wants to focus more on her fitness, mental peace, and overall well-being. “I want to take life a little more calmly and take care of myself better,” she signs off.
