Jayesh More re-enters Pushpa Impossible for the third time; the actor says, 'I am happy to keep making an entry on the show'
Jayesh More, who was seen in Pushpa Impossible until two months ago, went missing from the show in the last few weeks. But he is back now as Dilip Patel.
Incidentally, this is the third time that he has re-entered the show. Ask him about this and he says, "This character requirement is such that he comes in whenever the storyline needs him to. He then disappears and resurfaces sometime later. That's the reason I have re-entered the show."
Sharing about his role in the show, he says, "My character Dilip Patel is a grey character. Even when he's trying to be good, he struggles to be his best self. Surprisingly, the audience liked Dilip Patel despite his flaws. Everywhere I go, I see how viewers react to me and of course my character. It's amazing how much affection Dilip receives despite his shortcomings. Probably that's why he keeps coming back, to make sure the viewers are entertained."
When you play the role after intervals, does the link of playing the character break? Jayesh says, "Yes, the connection sometimes breaks, but the best part is that every time I come back, the situations and motives are new and different. This makes the character feel fresh each time. Dilip is always evolving, and you won't see so many transformations in any other character. That keeps things interesting. I love adding layers to Dilip with each new event in his life, and that's what makes me love the character even more."
So is he hoping to take up another role, given that his character in Pushpa Impossible does take breaks? He says, "At the moment, I don't have any new projects lined up. My current focus is on portraying Dilip to the best of my ability. I'm dedicated to making him as compelling and dynamic as possible."
