Aruna Bhatia passed away on Wednesday (September 8) morning. The actor's friends and well-wishers have reached out to the actor through social media and shared their heartfelt condolences. A few of his close friends even visited the crematorium to pay their last respects to Akshay's mother.
Kapil Sharma, who is a dear friend of Akshay Kumar, also paid condolences to his family and him. He wrote: "Dear Akshay paji, it’s very sad to hear about your mother passing away, my deepest condolences to you and family, god bless the departed soul ॐ शांति."
Kapil learned about this sad news through Akshay Kumar's tweet, "She was my core. And today I feel an unbearable pain at the very core of my existence. My maa Smt Aruna Bhatia peacefully left this world today morning and got reunited with my dad in the other world. I respect your prayers as I and my family go through this period. Om Shanti."
