Qayamat Ki Raat
is apparently all set to bid adieu to fans next month.
According to reports in the media, another supernatural series Divya-Drishti will replace Qayamat Ki Rawat. The promos of the new series are already on-air.
The show features Sana Sayyad, Sangeeta Ghosh and
Mansi Srivastava
in prominent roles. It is about a girl who sometimes gets possessed by a Devi.
Qayamat Ki Raat, which premiered on June 23, 2018 was initially a finite series, but as it fetched good numbers on the TRP charts, the makers decided to continue with the show for longer period.
The weekend offering also got into controversy when the antagonist KalaSur played by
Nirbhay Wadhwa
got replaced owing to his tantrums and non-punctual behaviour. However, the latter denied the allegations and said that he was not replaced instead he quit the show.
