Koffee With Karan 6: Ajay Devgn wins the Audi; Sara Ali Khan gets the best debutante female

Koffee With Karan 6 aired its last episode yesterday (March 3), and like every season it was the award night with Malaika Arora, Kirron Kher, Vir Das and Mallika Dua as the jury. The four had a whale of a time and were at their entertaining best. Here's a look at the winners this season...

Malaika Arora, Kirron Kher, Vir Das and Mallika Dua unanimously agreed on Diljit as they found him candid, fun and forthcoming on the show. They felt he was true to himself unlike ever before. Diljit thanked the jury in his video and shared how his interview has become more popular than anything else he has done.

While Sara had tough competition from Ananya Pandey and Rhea Kapoor, she bagged the coffee mug eventually. The jury felt that she was the right combination of wit and intellect. When Karan informed Sara about her win over the phone, she was ecstatic and gave a proper award speech.

Vicky Kaushal had a really tough competition in the category. Pitted against the likes of Ranveer Singh and Saif Ali Khan, the actor won hearts of the jury for his tweed jacket. Vicky considered himself lucky to have won the coffee mug.

There was a debate between Kirron Kher, Mallika Dua, Vir Das and Malaika Arora over this. All of them chose different names with Deepika, Kareena and Rhea as their top most choices. Eventually it was Kareena who was decided as the winner as Malaika felt she was like a disco ball, edible and luscious.

Ranveer was quite the winner among the panel as they picked him for his fabulous imitation of Akshay Kumar, with whom he had appeared on the show. Ajay Devgn was a close second. Ranveer didn't pick the phone when Karan called him to inform the same. He thanked them through a video.

Ajay Devgn got the Audi for mocking Karan Johar's film Kaal and his 'K' superstition. The jury chose him unanimously as they felt he had gravitas, seriousness and yet was extremely funny. Interestingly, Kajol, who had appeared on the show with Ajay, had already announced her love for Ajay's line, and said he deserves to win the Audi for it.

Priyanka Chopra was lauded for her journey on the couch. Kirron Kher and Malaika Arora praised her for the way she has grown from her first appearance to the sixth, also in terms of her career. Priyanka thanked Karan for choosing her through a video message.

Vir Das and Kirron Kher chose Kajol for her candid talk about fixed deposits and zips in a bag. Even though she was Malaika and Mallika's second choice, they gladly went with Kajol for being an exception in the industry.

Ranveer Singh won the award for best performance male. He had stiff competition from Arjun Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh in the category. Ranveer was ecstatic to know the same when Karan reached out to him. Kirron Kher teased him saying that he didn't win the Audi.

Kirron Kher, Mallika Dua and Malaika Arora declared Diljit and Badshah's episode as the best. Even though Vir Das chose Kareena and Priyanka's episode, he felt Diljit and Badshah were worthy contenders, too. Their episode was, hence, chosen as the best this season.
