Actor Zuber Khan, who was last seen in the TV show Manmohini, and who announced his marriage a few days ago, is happy to return to work. The actor tied the knot on December 25 with Marhaba Khan and now he's back to work and is happy to enjoy appreciation from his wife.
He said, "I made a shift to doing web shows and films. And I was already occupied with my work commitments. But marriage was equally important. I took off for a week and went to my hometown Bhopal where we had our wedding. But now I'm back in Mumbai and also resumed my work. My current project Shiddat is receiving a very good response. And people are appreciating my hard work. I'm thankful and very happy."
Zuber shared apart from his audience this time he's happy to get praises from his wife.
He shared, "My wife has loved my work as she is very supporting and always see me as a package of cuteness. She and her family used to enjoy watching me from before. And they always appreciated my acting and onscreen presence. They loved me for my role of Manpreet Singh Bedi in Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki."
He continued, "After marriage this is the first project that is now streaming and we are watching together. So her response really matters for me. She loved the series so much that is already expecting to see me in upcoming episodes. Apart from watching the episodes with me, she repeatedly watched them for more times and has even figured out my role Alok in a better way even I could (smiles)."
Zuber said he is happy to find a new motivation in her. "I'm glad to have her as my soul mate who understands my work, respects my work place, deals with my working hours and always support me. She is with me and shows trust on me that I can independently decide the kinds of roles or scenes I'm doing. She understands the professional demands that an actor is responsible of," he concludes.
Zuber is known for featuring in TV shows like Kumkum Bhagya, Naagin 3, Sadda Haq and Fear Files.
