‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’, December 29, written update: Tulsi tries to avoid family as memories of Mihir resurface
The latest episode of ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ unfolds with quiet emotions, near-misses, and memories that refuse to fade. Tulsi returns to Mumbai with a heavy heart, hoping fate keeps her away from the family she once called her own.
Tulsi then meets Vrinda’s children for the first time. She shares a warm and gentle moment with them. She blesses them with affection being unaware that they are Angad’s children. Elsewhere at the exhibition, Mitali arrives at a stall, leaving Rithik upset. He confronts her for forgetting their daughter’s school function. The argument escalates when Mitali blames Rithik for not reminding her. She brushes it off by saying she will buy an expensive toy to pacify their daughter. Noina intervenes and asks them to stop fighting, reminding them of where they are standing.
Meanwhile, Vrinda and Tulsi unknowingly cross paths but fail to see each other.
Vrinda’s children continue praising Tulsi to their mother. They later spot Tulsi from a distance. As Tulsi gets into an auto, Vrinda hears her voice and becomes emotional. She believes it is Tulsi and notices that she is even wearing the kind of saree Tulsi always wore. Before Vrinda can reach her, Tulsi leaves.
Tulsi arrives at the exhibition center. Seeing her, Noina decides to keep Mihir and the family away from her at any cost. She pretends to receive a call and says an investor wants to meet them right away. Rithik refuses to leave, but Noina mocks him. She tells him she can cancel the meeting if he prefers. She adds that he will then have to find another investor on his own.
Tulsi and Mihir almost come face to face near the lift. Tulsi wants to go up, while Mihir and his family need to go down. Following Noina’s plan, Mihir and the others take the stairs, citing that the lift is full. Tulsi stays back, waiting.
The episode ends on an emotional note as Tulsi reaches Mihir’s exhibition stall. She freezes on seeing the name ‘Govardhan Virani Group of Industries.’ It was the same name as Mihir’s company in Mumbai. Overwhelmed, she recalls her life with Mihir and the last painful confrontation at Shanti Niketan, when she accused him of his affair with Noina. The memories leave her shaken. It is setting the stage for more emotional reckonings ahead.
