‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ February 9 written update: Mihir’s surgery goes well, Gautam comes to see his father

The latest episode picks up after Angad and Ritik’s fight over Mihir’s surgery. As Angad storms out of the hospital, Tulsi breaks down and starts blaming herself for both of her sons’ differences. She talks to Shobha and tells her that she was not able to raise them properly, which is why the two brothers no longer share aclose bond.

Rahul and Munni talk about her feelings for Ritik

After Mitali revealed that Munni was once in love with Ritik when she was working there as a house help, Rahul confronts her about the matter. He asks her why she never told him the truth about her feelings for Ritik. She reassures him that whatever it was, it is in the past, and that it was her immaturity. Rahul advises her to start cutting her relations with the Virani family members slowly, as they are not good for her.

Suhas worries about getting caught

Meanwhile, the scene shifts to Suhas realizing that his watch is missing. As he tries to remember where he dropped it, he has the realization that it must have been at the factory where he had attempted to attack Tulsi. He starts worrying about how he should get his watch, as if he were found, he would certainly go to jail for hurting Mihir. Before he is able to do anything, however, Parth, who is at the factory overlooking operations, ends up finding the watch.


The scene shifts to Ranvijay and Angad talking about Ritik and the Virani family business. He manipulates Angad into believing that Ritik is unfit to lead the family company and that he should take over. He tries to convince the man to transfer his family shares to him in order to overthrow Ritik; however, Angad remains adamant and refuses to do so.

Mihir wakes up as Gautam comes to the hospital

The surgery is a success, and after a while, Mihir regains consciousness. As the family rejoices, Mihir thanks Tulsi for saving his life and for getting him to the hospital on time. Just then, Gautam also arrives at the hospital to see his father. It is revealed that Tulsi had earlier called him in order to tell him about Mihir’s accident.

When Gautam arrives, he gets angry at Tulsi for everything. Mihir suggests that Gautam should come back home and take over the family business; however, he outright refuses his father’s suggestion. He also blames Tulsi for everything, citing that his wife and children no longer want to be with him because of her. Tulsi attempts to apologize and tells him that she will talk to them; however, he simply refuses to listen to her.
