The episode begins with Mihir throwing out all of Noina’s things in anger over what happened 6 years ago. Meanwhile, Suchi tries to get Noina under control after all that has happened. She reminds her not to cry and lose her cool over someone like Mihir. However, Noina remains distraught, and in her anger, blames Gomzy for her downfall. She mentions that if only he had taken the money, rather than showing the video to everyone, things would have been fine for her.
As Noina continues to cry and blame everyone around her while Suchi consoles her, she starts coughing. After a while, it is shown that she is coughing up blood.
Tulsi replies to Mihir
Earlier, it was shown that Shobha had Tulsi on a video call to watch the entire spectacle of Noina getting kicked out of Shanti Niketan. After that, Mihir had texted her; however, she had chosen not to reply until now. Mihir gets happy while seeing the text from Tulsi; however, before he is able to read it, Garima, Vrinda, and Angad’s daughter asks for his phone, and then accidentally calls Tulsi. This makes the latter realize that Mihir did, in fact, wish to contact her.
Mitali and Ritik fight again
The scene shifts once more, and this time, Mitali is shown talking to a friend of hers on call. She expresses how much she wishes to become a star and dreams of winning the pageant. Meanwhile, as she talks, her daughter falls and injures herself nearby. Ritik quickly comes for his daughter and then starts scolding Mitali for not being careful about their own child. However, Mitali dismisses his claims. She tells him that all of this needs to happen for children to grow and learn.
Noina has blood cancer
It is revealed that Noina has blood cancer. After Noina and Suchi had gone to the doctor as the former had started coughing up blood, they had been sent in to get some tests done. The doctor visits Suchi later and tells her that Noina has blood cancer; however, more details about her case will only be available after she gets a biopsy done. Suchi decides not to tell Noina, Mitali, or anyone in general.
