Laughter Chefs: Nia Sharma, Jannat Zubair, Aly Goni and others break down emotionally as the show wraps up; Bharti says, “The show was only going to have 16 episodes but..”
The popular cooking-comedy show Laughter Chefs came to an emotional close as the final episode aired. Hosted by Bharti Singh and chef Harpal Singh, the episode began with the duo announcing that the contestants would be preparing the popular dish ‘Khao Soy.’ As everyone gathered to cook and enjoy their creations, the mood remained lighthearted.
However, the tone shifted when Bharti surprised the cast and crew with a heartfelt video montage, showcasing some of the funniest and most touching moments from the series. As the video played, the cast, including stars like Nia Sharma, Jannat Zubair, and Aly Goni, became visibly emotional, reflecting on the journey they shared. Bharti then revealed that the show was originally planned to have only 16 episodes, but thanks to the dedication and hard work of everyone involved, it extended to a remarkable 34 episodes.
She expressed her gratitude for the team’s efforts and the audience’s support, saying, “The show was only going to have 16 episodes, but because of everyone’s hard work, we made it to 34 episodes.” As Laughter Chefscame to an end, it was clear that the show had not only brought laughter and entertainment but also forged lasting memories and bonds among its cast and crew.
Towards the end of the episode, all the contestants served chef Harpal with their dishes. While, he enjoyed everyone’s dishes, he gave the star to Jannat, who became the winner of the task. Aly, Rahul and others congratulated her for the same.
In a recent episode, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi became emotional, describing Laughter Chef as a form of therapy for him. He shared that during the filming of the first episode, he was in close contact with doctors at the hospital because his sister was in the ICU. Overwhelmed by his feelings, he broke down in tears, which touched the hearts of the other contestants. Moved by his confession, they all embraced him and offered their support and comfort.
