MasterChef India recently returned with a new season and Chef Vikas Khanna, who has been part of the show for several years took to his Instagram account to pen a heartfelt note. On the day the show premiered, Vikas spoke openly and emotionally about his journey and long association with the franchise.

Speaking about the show and his connection with Masterchef India, Chef Vikas Khanna reflected, “16 years of consistent dedication and devotion to creating platforms where millions of home cooks can be inspired. For me, MasterChef India has never been just a cooking competition — it is a window into India’s cuisine, culture, and community.
