My wedding track is close to my heart because I worked very hard to look the part: Himanshi Parashar

The TV show Teri Meri Doriyaan revolves around three sisters and how their mother wants to marry them into a rich household. Sahiba's mother has given a false picture of their lifestyle and daughter to get her married to a rich guy like Angad. Currently, the track is focussing around how Sahiba (Himashi Parashar) will have to step into her sister's shoes because she refuses to get married to Angad (Vijayendra Kumeria).

With most shows centred around weddings, this one will also have a lavish Sikh wedding between Angad and Sahiba. Himanshi Parashar, who plays Sahiba said, "As a little girl, my love for jewellery, dates back to my childhood when I used to act like a bride. I loved to wear jewellery and dress up like a Punjabi bride."

The actress, who is seen wearing a pink lehenga in the track, shares, "In my show, I am in love with my attire and it feels like a dream wedding. Netizens have even compared it to the Siddharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani wedding, because they chose pink and gold theme for their outfits. But, our wedding track was planned in advance."

Himanshi adds, "There are many twists and turns ahead in the show and I am glad that I have bagged this role. This particular wedding sequence is close to my heart because I had to work hard and look the part for this role."

Teri Meri Doriyaan has Vijayendra Kumeria, Himanshi Parashar, Lubna Salim, Jatin Arora, Avinash Wadhawan and Anita Kulkarni in important roles.
