Naagin 6 fame Tejasswi Prakash has mesmerized many people with her beauty and happy-go-lucky smile. Tejasswi shared her daily skincare routine steps that makes her look so flawless on screen.
Tejaswwi believes that the skin reflects what is occurring inside. A good diet and adequate sleep are the foundations of every skincare routine. She states that one should care for their skin from inside the body and take care of what they eat.
Now the most important thing other than food is drinking lots of water, juices soups and hydrating drinks which would help the skin from breaking out. Tejasswi tells that the favourite drink that she loves to have during Summer is chia seeds in lemon water with a spoonful of honey. She adds that Chia seeds have many benefits. Exposure to UV rays induces free radical damage, which acts as a natural antioxidant, and omega-3 fatty acids build the skin barrier.

Tejasswi further adds that everyone always must wear their sunscreens and use a rose water hydrating toner on their face. She recommends everyone to always keep both products in their bags.
On the professional front. Tejasswi has been working in Ekta Kapoor’s TV show Naagin and was also seen enjoying the success of her second film School College Ani Life which is produced by Rohit Shetty. Karan Parab and Jitendra Joshi also star in the film.
Not only that but even her boyfriend Karan Kundrra cheered for her in the theatre when they both went together to watch the film. Karan had shared a video on his Instagram story and screamed out when he saw Tejasswi on the screen for the first time.
