As his baby boy sleeps in his arms, Gaurav wrote a heartwarming note on how he doesn’t remember any harsh things happening in the world right now. His note read: "When #baby meets #babydaddy after two weeks! Our #princeChopra catches the neck of all my shirts and then doesn’t want to leave them! Suddenly you don’t remember what’s plaguing the world , the violence , the hatred , the venom being spewed on social media .. sending out love and asking for blessings ,like always.. #baby #boy #priorities."

Actor Gaurav and wife Hitisha became proud parents of a baby boy on September 12 in Bengaluru. Sharing the picture and breaking the news to BT, Gaurav had shared, “It was an emotional moment and I missed my mother the most. She would have been ecstatic if she were here to see her grandson.”
Gaurav and his family were going through a tough time as he lost both his parents to Covid-19 in a span of 10 days before welcoming his baby. Gaurav had then said, "The baby has come into our lives as a blessing. Hitisha and I feel blessed to have him in our lives."
