Ishita Dutta has shared an important message for all moms-to-be from her recent international trip. While she took this trip as a new mom without her son, she shared why she took it and how she will take more such trips in future.
The actress headed to London and wrote about her first trip without her baby boy Vaayu. First trip post pregnancy, first trip without Vaayu and my first trip to London. I laughed, I cried, I ate, I slept, I danced, I walked, I shopped and I finally felt like myself again… Yes I was dipped in moms guilt and yes I did have fun and yes I will do this from time to time for myself, but all this happened only cause of my amazing husband, my parents and in-laws who gave me the confidence to leave my 4 month old. New dad Vatsal had the sweetest and encouraging reply. He wrote, “You and every new mother deserve it… love you.”
Ishita did have another trip in her plan as she wrote, “Already planning the next trip with Vaayu.”
Many users applauded and appreciated Ishita. One of them wrote, “It’s beautiful to see new mom putting herself first very brave many more trip ahead.”
One of the users did ask Ishita about Vaayu’s feed, to which the actress replied, “so I stored milk frozen and in the fridge for 6 days and 2-3 feeds of formula per day. I always pump the extra and store it incase I ever need to step out.”
Ishita and Vatsal embraced parenthood in July and and with Vaayu turning 4-months-old, the former took this vacay for herself. Ishita and Vatsal celebrated all the festivities with their newborn. From Durga Puja to Diwali, Ishita and Vatsal soaked in the festive spirit with their newborn.
