Speaking to ETimes TV, Niyati Fatnani on surviving in Mumbai said, “I wouldn't say that I had in any problem or anything. But in general I'd say that Mumbai cost of living is too high. In the industry, where work is so uncertain, the producers that we work, they give us money after ample amount of time. It's not that they immediately give us money. Yeah, so you have to be really well with your calculation and savings and everything besides maintaining your personality. It does take a lot of toll and you have to be sane in terms of managing your money. Which is why I ask my sister how to manage money because she is very good at it.”

Talking about her goals and fantasies for the year, Niyati said, “Well I certainly want to get into web and movies and I want to live life. I don't want to copy someone else. I want to make my own path. I want to learn my lessons and I want to experience As I said I have auditioning now, it's just that when it cracks, it just cracks. When time is right, it does right. Until then, you just have to put an effort. So right now I think it's my time when I'm putting effort.”

Niyati Fatnani spoke about the challenges she faced during the lockdown when Nazar got over and she was without work for 2 years. She had said, “That time I think people in general were feeling very low. And besides that I just finished a show like Nazar, which was a superhit. Yet I was not finding something concrete in my life. Nazar got over in 2020 and I signed Channa Mereya in 2022. So for that two year, I was absolutely doing absolutely nothing. So again that took a toll on me because I was going through my breakup as well during that time. I think only when you hit the ground you know that now there's only looking up. So when life throws problems at you, it makes you stronger. If you lose there, it makes no sense. And I'm a fighter.”
