' after the latter left the show in the lurch. Looks like the actor is gaining a reputation of being a ‘crisis hero’ — one who salvages the situation at the nth hour.
Shaleen says, "Hosting 'Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya' is very cool as its super popular among young people for several years now. The show is running in its eighth season, which is no mean feat. Also, I love hosting shows. The best part is that I share a great rapport with the team because I have hosted 'Code Red' with them."
Ask him about replacing Arjit, he says, "I feel everyone has their own charm and style and my approach will be different than Arjit. He was brilliant in what he did. Having said that, I would like to reiterate that I'm not competing with him. Hopefully I do justice to the legacy this show enjoys."
