Sheena Bajaj and Rohit Purohit look dazzling in these pictures from their wedding ceremony

TV actors Sheena Bajaj and Rohit Purohit tied the knot last night (January 22) in a grand ceremony in Jaipur. Rohit and Sheena made for a gorgeous pair at their wedding ceremony.

For the wedding rituals, Rohit and Sheena were seen twinning in red. Sheena looked gorgeous in a red head-to-toe ensemble and Rohit too complimented her in a red and golden sherwani.

The wedding took place at a resort located on the outskirts of Jaipur in Rohit's hometown. The wedding happened as per both the traditions — Marwari and Punjabi (Sheena is a Punjabi and Rohit is a Marwari).

For the reception ceremony, Rohit wore a white Sherwani which he teamed with a red pagdi and looked handsome in the attire. Sheena too looked elegant in a red lehenga. The couple has had a courtship of five years. Earlier while talking to Bombay Times, Sheena had shared about her love story, she had then said, “We met on the set of Arjun and I developed a liking for him. We stayed in touch even after the show went off air and started dating six months later. I proposed to Rohit, as he is not the kind to confess his feelings. I went with flowers, chocolates and a cake and told him that I want to see him everyday of my life. He simply replied ‘okay’, which I took as a yes.”

Right after the wedding, Rohit has planned a road trip for Sheena. Rather than going on a honeymoon to some different location, Rohit would be taking Sheena on a Rajasthan darshan via road, exploring cities like Jaipur, Udaipur, Pali, etc, before heading for Mumbai. (Photo: Instagram).
