has been discharged, after spending twelve days in a private hospital. He got discharged from hospital late today after psychiatrist checked him and advised medication for next few days. Dr Santosh Goel who runs Shri Sai Hospital in Kandivali said, "He is still under depression."

' actress allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself in her flat in suburban Goregaon on April 1, a case under Sections 306 (abetment of suicide), 504, 506 (criminal intimidation), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of the IPC was registered against Rahul on April 3 following a complaint lodged by the actress' parents.
Last Tuesday, the Bombay high court granted him interim protection against arrest till April 18. However, he is required to visit the police station for two hours everyday until his relief elapses.
