Recently social media is abuzz with memes of Icchadhari Makdee. The clip is from the show
Ichhapyaari Naagin starring actress Priyal Gor. The clip features Priyal and Amit Dolawat as a shape-shifting spider. While the video has made it's way on the internet after years, many are tweeting the video with funny captions such as “Who Spider-Man ? Ichadhari makadi is the Best !”, ‘US : Spiderman aka Peter Parker India : Ichadhari Makadi aka Makarand’.
While the meme is making the rounds of social media, Priyal is having a gala time watching the videos. “I laughed a lot. My friends are laughing a lot, and they are all sending each other and making fun of me. Everyone is saying what was I a part of but I'm very happy and proud to be a part of the show,” Priyal shares.
Priyal agrees that the videos and memes are quite “funny” and she adds, “Who doesn't like attention in life? I am loving the attention.” Furthermore, Priyal also mentions that the show also featured other animals. “There was a peacock on the show. I'm expecting a peacock's video to go viral. There was a squirrel,” she quips.
While the digs are directly at the medium, many calling it a cringe, Priyal is not taking this to her heart. “These people who are commenting, I would like to know what they are doing in their lives. It's okay what they say. People are liking cringe these days. And this is our industry; this is our job. So, I don't take it very personally,” she signs off.
