Pune welcomes me with amazing weather on every visit, says Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali's Shivangi Khedkar

, Pune is an emotion. Though she was born in Indore, Shivangi was brought up in Pune and spent most of her growing up years in the city. She says, “Only after living in Pune do people understand how good the city is. The city is peaceful and there's so much development happening simultaneously. Plus, the city welcomes me with amazing weather every time I am here.”

Shivangi loves to eat sandwiches at her favourite eatery whenever she is in the city. "Whenever I feel like having a cheat day, a club sandwich loaded with cheese at my favourite joint is all I need. I also love having rasmalai at a local sweet shop," she shares.

A few days ago her debut show

Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali

went off air and in an interview with us she had shared, "I had a lot of expectations from myself and I was scared at the same time when I started work on the show. I was told by many people that it will not be easy shooting for a daily soap. But for me it wasn't the hectic schedule that I was worried about. I was doing a show for the first time and I was genuinely scared. But I gave it my all.”

The actress says she is now waiting for a good role to come by. “I don’t have anything specific in mind but I want to do a challenging role. The industry is an uncertain one, so no matter how much one plans, the final execution has a lot of twists and turns. I am just expecting good work and nothing else,” she says.
