Raghav Juyal defended Babil Khan after a video went viral, where Babil was shown upset and speaking about some parts of the Bollywood world. Babil named some of his industry colleagues in the video, such as Raghav Juyal, Ananya Panday, Arjun Kapoor, and many more, and thus created much speculation and alarm.
In response, Raghav Juyal shared an official statement from Babil’s family and team on his Instagram, emphasizing his unwavering support by captioning it, “Babil is my family and I’m there with him no matter what.” 
Raghav’s post read, “Official Statement from Babil Khan's Family and TeamOver the past few years, Babil Khan has earned immense love and appreciation for his work, as well as for his openness about his mental health journey. Like anyone else, Babil is allowed to have difficult days — and this was one of them. We want to reassure all his well-wishers that he is safe and will be feeling better soon.”
It further read, “That said, a video of Babil has been widely misinterpreted and taken out of context. In the clip, Babil was sincerely acknowledging a few of his peers whom he believes are making meaningful contributions to the evolving landscape of Indian cinema. His mention of artists like Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Raghav Juyal, Adarsh Gourav, Arjun Kapoor, and Arijit Singh came from a place of genuine admiration - for their authenticity, passion, and efforts to restore credibility and heart in the industry.
We respectfully urge media publications and the public to consider the full context of his words rather than drawing conclusions from fragmented video clips.”
Raghav also pointed out that Babil's intention was not to criticize his fellow actors but to appreciate and thank them for their work in the film industry. He added that because of Babil's emotional state, his message might have been misunderstood. Raghav reported that Siddhant Chaturvedi, another actor named in the video, called him to correct the misunderstanding.
