Raghav shares, "Chhath Puja honours the Sun God, the deity that brings us prosperity and spiritual well-being. The four-day Chhath Puja rituals blend self-discipline, devotion and the worship of nature’s forces. This day is about praying for a peaceful and prosperous life. It also holds great ecological significance, as the festival highlights the importance of preserving water resources and honouring natural elements."

Raghav travelled to Delhi to celebrate it with his family. The actor enjoys helping his mother Rubi Devi while she observes the fast. He says, "My mom observes a strict fast from sunrise to sunset without drinking even a drop of water. After sunset, she prepares a meal as an offering to Lord Surya, which usually consists of rice pudding (kheer) made with jaggery, rice and chapati. This meal shared with family is like prasad."

He adds, "I always make sure to visit Delhi to celebrate Diwali and Chhath Puja with my family. During my childhood, we used to live in Bihar and Chhath is a glorious celebration in the state. I remember how we all used to start preparing for the celebration even before Diwali. Post-school hours, it was a ritual for us to go to the ghat and clean and after that go ahead with the decorations."
