Rahul Gandhi pays condolences to Sidharth Shukla's family; says, 'the actor’s demise at such a young age has sent a shock wave'

It has been a sad day for the TV fraternity and the entire industry is in shock hearing the news of Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla’s sudden demise owing to heart attack. The actor was rushed to Cooper Hospital and breathed his last today (September 2) in the early morning. Many celebs have arrived at his residence to pay their last respects.

Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao was just snapped a few moments ago at Sidharth Shukla’s residence. Earlier he wrote on Instagram, “This is so unfair. Gone too soon Sidharth. Rest in peace brother. You will be in our hearts forever. My deepest condolences to his family, friends & fans.”

Bigg Boss 13’s 1st runner-up Asim Riaz showed up at the Cooper hospital, where Sidharth Shukla was brought this morning. The actor was spotted by the paps stationed outside the hospital. After the news of his death, he took to his social media account and shared his photos with Sidharth from the BB house. He wrote, "I m gonna meet you in heaven brother…R I P sidharthshukla."

His fellow Bigg Boss 13 contestants Arti Singh, Shefali Jariwala also reached the late actor's house to pay their condolences.

TV couple Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij paid their last respects. They were quite close to Sidharth. Jay shared a picture with Sidharth and had written, "Still can't believe @realsidharthshukla Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts. #rip #gonetoosoon."

Rahul Mahajan visited to pour in condolences for Sidharth Shukla and his family. Just like others in the industry, Rahul is deeply shocked.

Vikas Gupta was one of the first celebrities, who visited Sidharth’s family to grieve and give strength to his mother at this difficult hour.

A visibly shocked Devoleena Bhattacharjee came to meet Sidharth Shukla's family. SHe previously wrote, "#RIP Sid. Will Miss You."

The former Bigg Boss contestant was spotted with her husband. She had earlier tweeted, “Noooooooooooo This cant be True #SidharthShukla .”

Hindustani Bhau, who knew Sidharth from the Bigg Boss house arrived at the hospital and was clicked while they waited patiently outside.
