After their mehendi function last night,
Rahul Vaidya and
Disha Parmar
got into yellow outfits for their
haldi ceremony
today (July 15).
While Rahul wore a yellow traditional kurta, Disha was seen in a simple strappy dress. The two were glowing with haldi on their faces. Disha was also showered with rose petals. For their mehendi ceremony, Disha sported a pretty suit and Rahul was seen in a mint kurta. Rahul also sang 'Mehendi laga ke rakhna' for his bride-to-be.
Now that the haldi ceremony is done, it is time for the sangeet night. It will be attended by the couple's closest friends including
Jasmin Bhasin and
Aly Goni
. The two, who developed a great bond with Rahul in
Bigg Boss, were spotted prepping for their friend's wedding functions. They are expected to perform tonight.
Rahul and Disha will tie the knot on July 16.
For the unversed, Rahul first proposed to Disha on national television while he was locked in the house of BB. She not only accepted the proposal but also made an appearance on the show, much to his delight.
Ever since they were looking forward to getting married, and the wait has been worth it.
