Rakhi Sawant has a lover's tiff with beau Adil Khan Durrani; Here's looking at how they fell in love and why the actress is complaining about him

In May, Rakhi Sawant declared at an event that she has found love in Mysore-based businessman Adil Khan Durrani. Over the past two months, they were seen together at parties, events and their gym. However, not all seems to be well in her haven now. The actress was spotted at the airport last night where she told paps she was very upset with Adil as he didn't come to meet her in Delhi, hinting at her break-up with him. But soon, she informed paps that she has got a call from Adil and that he is rushing to meet her. Here's tracking how she met him, the expensive gifts he gave her and their wedding plans.

Soon after her break-up announcement on Valentine's Day with Ritesh, Rakhi Sawant revealed she is in love at an event in May. She video called Adil and introduced the paps to him. "Meet my sweetheart Adil. Kya aap chahte hai ki hum dono ki jodi jaaye Bigg Boss mein? (Do you want our jodi to go in Bigg Boss?) He is my boyfriend," she said. Rakhi later told paps that she met Adil through his sister, Shelly.

Adil apparently gifted Rakhi a home in Dubai which she proudly told the world about. While she was holidaying with Adil in Dubai, Rakhi told us in an exclusive interview, "Adil has brought me to Dubai because he wants me to be introduced to his family. He has many cousins here." Not just this, Adil also gifted her a BMW, a gift that Rakhi flaunted happily.

ETimes TV exclusively reported in May that Rakhi received a call from a girl called Roshina Delavari who claimed to be Adil's girlfriend. She told Rakhi about their relationship and how they have been in love with each other for the last 4 years. The call was made to ask Rakhi to stay away from Adil. However, Adil convinced Rakhi that Roshina was his ex-girlfriend and they were not together anymore.

After taking a trip together, Rakhi and Adil moved in together. Confirming this, Rakhi told ETimes TV, "Haan, Adil aur main saath saath hain aur ek saath rehte hain. Adil may soon shift base to Mumbai. We started living together after our Dubai trip." She even told this to paps elaborating her reasons for the move. She said she wants Adil to know her lifestyle better before taking their relationship ahead.

At almost all the events, Rakhi was given company by Adil. The two were seen walking the ramp hand-in-hand for a fashion show, giving interviews to paps and reporters, and talking about the love they share. Their airport spottings and gym outings together were also quite frequent.

Rakhi did not have the approval of Adil's parents. She told us, "I am a very glamorous person in the movies and TV industry, Adil's family is against this relationship, bawaal ho gaya hai uske ghar mein. His family does not like the way I dress up. But I am willing to change myself if the need be. Nobody from his side is forcing me to change, though. He is being tortured from all sides. I am scared; mushkil se pyar mila hai. I hope his khandaan accepts me."

n a sudden turn of events, Rakhi hinted at her split with Adil at the airport last night. While talking to paps, she showed them her blonde hair and complained, "I got this for Adil. My kajal got smudged. I was crying on the flight for two hours." When paps nudged her to call him, she said, "I will not call him now…self respect, my attitude. Do you know I flew to Delhi yesterday and have returned to Mumbai today. He did not come to meet me. We were supposed to come to Mumbai together." Looking visibly upset with tears in her eyes, she added, "I am so sad."

In her latest video, Rakhi informed the paps that Adil learnt she is sad through media. She said, "Ab woh bhaag ke aa raha hai. Waise main itne messages karungi toh woh kabhi nahi aayega, media ne itna dikha diya ki main sad hun, dharti phat jaaye aur mein gir jaon toh woh rone lag gaya aur usne kaha tumhi meri heer ho. Mein aa raha hun tumse aaj milne."
