Rakhi Sawant says her ‘jhootha pyaar’ helped patch up Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla amid problems in their marriage
Rakhi Sawant, who was recently a part of the reality show Bigg Boss Marathi, opened up about her equation with Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla. On a podcast with FilmyGyan, she shared how she ‘created false stories’ in Bigg Boss 15 to create problems between Abhinav and Rubina so that they would eventually patch up.
Rakhi mentioned that she intentionally tried to make Rubina jealous so that “she gets back with her husband Abhinav.” Moreover, she also spoke about her journey, her bond with Raqesh Bapat in the reality show, and much more.
While talking about her equation with the couple in Bigg Boss 15, she said, “Jab Rubina Dilaik aur Abhinav Shukla ka talaaq hone wala tha, aur poori news bhi aa gayi thi, tab maine decide kiya ki main inka patch-up karvaungi. Phir maine apne style mein Abhinav Shukla ko apne jhoothe pyaar mein phansaya, aur jhoothi stories create ki, taaki Rubina Dilaik jal jaaye aur apne husband ke paas wapas laut aaye.”
The reality show star further added, “Aur jo maine socha tha, bilkul waisa hi hua. Mere jhoothe pyaar aur jhoothe drama ke wajah se woh dono itne kareeb aa gaye, itne kareeb aa gaye ki unke judwa bachche ho gaye. Aise jude ki lagta hai agle saat janmon tak saath rahenge.
Toh iska saara credit mujhe hi jaana chahiye, kyunki maine jo socha tha woh Bigg Boss mein sach ho gaya. Mujhe bahut accha laga ki jo do log alag ho rahe the, talaaq lene wale the, unke beech jaakar maine unka rishta jod diya.”
(English translation: When Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla were about to get divorced, and the news had already come out everywhere, I decided that I would make them patch things up. So, in my own style, I trapped Abhinav Shukla in my fake love and created false stories, just so that Rubina Dilaik would feel jealous and come back to her husband.
And exactly what I had planned happened. Because of my fake love and fake drama, the two of them grew so close, so deeply connected, that they even ended up having twins. They became so bonded that it feels like they’ll stay together for the next seven lifetimes.
So, all the credit should go to me, because what I had imagined actually came true in Bigg Boss. I felt really good that I was able to step in between two people who were drifting apart and heading for divorce, and bring them back together.)
On the work front, Rakhi recently won hearts with her time on Bigg Boss Marathi.
