Rakhi Sawant to Eijaz Khan; contestants who started their second innings post Bigg Boss

There are many television contestants who fade away from the limelight, and reality show Bigg Boss is a platform for those celebrities to prove themselves and bounce back stronger. Rakhi Sawant revealed inside the Bigg Boss 14 house that she had zero bank balance, called up Sohail Khan and then she was offered the reality show this year. She was already a part of the first season, and re-entered the fourteenth season as a challenger. She reached the finale and walked away with a cash prize of Rs. 14 lakh.

Eijaz Khan, who was once the blue-eyed boy of the television industry and also did films, went out of sight after he got mired in controversies. The Kavyanjali actor was also battling depression. Eijaz opened up about his mental health condition and several other things inside the house. He found the love of his life, Pavitra Punia through this show. He had to leave the show midway as he had committed to a project and is riding high on success.

Sidharth Shukla was seen in Balika Vadhu, Dil Se Dil Tak, and a few films. The actor participated in reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi and also emerged as the winner. The actor was also the favourite child of controversy, and it was after Bigg Boss 13's win that Sidharth got a new-found fandom. Sidharth is doing a web series and appears in several shows as celebrity guests and has many commercials, music videos too.

Shefali Jariwala was known for her song, Kaanta Laga until she entered Bigg Boss 13. She found new fame after stepping in as a wild card contestant. The actress is now popular on social media.

Indian cricketer Sreesanth participated in Bigg Boss 12 and emerged as the first runner up. His stay inside the house was a controversial one and he always mentioned slapgate and spot-fixing incidents amid others in BB house. He has now returned to the cricket scene.

Juhi Parmar lifted the trophy of Bigg Boss season 5 and called it to be her second innings. The actress, back then had said that her focus was to lose weight, get in shape and then enter the industry.
