Reem Shaikh and Siddharth Nigam have been friends since childhood as the actors did a historical show Chakravartin Ashok Samrat together. The actress penned a heartfelt note for her buddy as Siddharth made his grand debut with Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
Reem posted a picture with Siddharth from the special screening and wrote, "Mere dost, I’ve been a witness to the amount of hard work you’ve been doing since the last 8 years and I’m so proud of you Sidd. I genuinely pray to Allah to bless you with happiness and success because you, my friend, deserve it."
Siddharth exclusively spoke to the Bombay Times about his debut with Salman Khan's film. He said, "I have landed a big film and it is an interesting role. But, it is not that I have signed five films after this. It will be another struggle and a new journey once the film is released and people see my work. Yes, when Salman Khan first narrated the role to me, at the back of my mind I was thinking what if I don't like the role, how will I say no to a star like Salman Khan?"
He further added, "But it all worked out well. He made working on the set easier for me and I never felt that it was tough or difficult to understand the scenes. I am hoping that people will like my role, I am playing his brother. I am very satisfied with my role and feel that he has justified my character in the film."
Recently, Siddharth walked on the ramp of Bombay Times Fashion Week and swept the hearts of the audience with his backflips as he appeared on the ramp. Siddharth was lauded with applause.
