Rise and Fall: Kiku Sharda and Kubbra Sait given the power to pick which Ruler faces the ‘Ultimate Fall’
Rise and Fall, which premiered on September 6, 2025 has quickly become one of the most talked-about reality shows. The show's format divides contestants into two groups of Rulers and Workers. While Rulers enjoy luxury and more power in a penthouse, Workers live in the basement under tougher conditions, completing challenges to prove their worth and rise up the building.
In the latest promo, Kiku Sharda and Kubbra Sait are given the opportunity to choose which Ruler contestant will face the ultimate fall. The promo begins with Kiku and Kubbra sitting at the discussion room, while the other Rulers and Workers are watching them through a television. The duo is asked to name out the Ruler contestants with whom they don’t agree.
Kubbra is the first to speak up. She says, “Dhanashree apni awaaz ab tak logon tak pohochaa nahi rahi hai” (Dhanashree has still not been able to make her voice reach the people). Kiku then adds his view about singer Aditya Narayan, saying, “Aditya jiss tarike se woh rule karte aa rahe hain uske saath mera kaafi disagreement raha hai” (The way Aditya has been ruling, I have had a lot of disagreements with it).
Kiku then goes on to talk about Arbaaz Patel and says, “Arbaaz ne arrogant kind of decisions leke logon ko upset kiya hai” (Arbaaz has taken arrogant kinds of decisions that have upset people).
The promo ends with Kiku making the big announcement, “Jiss Ruler ka fall hona chahiye uska naam hai…” (The Ruler who should face the fall is…). The clip leaves viewers on a cliffhanger, with the ultimate question of which Ruler will take the fall.
The format of Rise and Fall is designed as a 42-day social experiment with 15 celebrity contestants from fields like Bollywood, music, sports, entrepreneurship, and social media. Contestants constantly move up and down the building depending on performance, strategy, and the decisions of others.
The current lineup of contestants includes Arbaaz Patel, Aarush Bhola, Aahana Kumra, Aditya Narayan, Arjun Bijlani, Dhanashree Verma, Kubbra Sait, Kiku Sharda, Anaya Banger, Nayandeep Rakshit, Bali, and Akriti Negi.
