Rise and Fall: Kiku Sharda recalls missing mother’s last call before her demise, reveals father passed away 45 days later

New reality show Rise and Fall has been entertaining the audience with its episodes since the very start. The latest episode of the reality show saw evictions, dramatic moments, and some shocking revelations. The two contestants who had to exit the show were Noorin Sha and Sangeeta Phogat.Kiku Sharda, on the other hand, made a revelation about his personal life. While talking about how his mom passed away, Kiku shared, “I was in the US two years back and my mother passed away. You take time to come to terms, you are at the airport, you are an actor, and people keep coming to you for photos.” He cried and added, “I didn’t answer her last phone call, I was in America, I thought I would call her tomorrow since I was busy, and the next day she was not there.”He further shared, “45 days later, my father died; he couldn’t handle the loss. After a certain age, your partner is irreplaceable. I don’t know about everyone’s life, but please be close to your loved ones, spend time with them, call them, stay in touch.”In an interview with Mr. Faisu, Kiku shared, “My parents are no more. However, when my mom was alive, there were times when she was unwell and I was expected to perform a comedy act. From within, I was extremely sad but had to do it for work.” He added that during such performances, he would call his mother during breaks to check on her.Sangeeta Phogat, on the other hand, made an emotional exit from the show after her father-in-law passed away. Fellow contestants shared their condolences and expressed concern for her.After the exit of Noorin Sha and Sangeeta Phogat, the remaining contestants on Rise & Fall are Arjun Bijlani, Dhanashree Verma, Arbaz Patel, Aarush Bhola, Aahana Kumra, Bali, Nayandeep Rakshit, Akriti Negi, and others.
