"Rishi Kapoor was a gift to Bollywood": Neelu Kohli

With the passing away of veteran actor Rishi Kapoor today, many personalities from the entertainment industry expressed their shock and grief over the loss. Among them, was theatre and film actress Neelu Kohli who had worked with the late actor in films like Housefull 2, Luck By Chance, Patiala House and Jhoota Kahin Ka."I was fortunate enough for geting so many opportunities to work with Rishiji who was an institution. Each shot of his used to be perfect and well rehearsed and just watching him perform was sheer pleasure and a learning experience" she recalls, about working with him. Neelu also adds "He was a gift to bollywood". While shooting for his last film Jhoota Kahin Ka, Neelu shares that Rishi Kapoor was unwell, "yet he was always full of energy and never compromised on work. He would never let anyone know of how much pain he was going through. Back then, not many people knew about his ill health, and he simply finished all his work and left for treatment"."Its an end of an era. The loss is hard for all of us and my heart goes out to Neetuji, Ranbir and Riddhima. I will miss working with him again." shares the Choti Sardarni actress.
