We asked Roopal what the

COVID-19 pandemic

had taught her and she said, “One lesson that I have learnt during the pandemic, is that life is very unpredictable. In fact, I think all of us have learnt that this year. There is absolutely nothing we can do to avoid the change happening around us. What I am working on is how to make this change simpler and smoother, and not to resent it. That is one of the most important lessons, which I learnt and also implemented in my life. I feel being spiritual also helps in making this transition period smoother. That has kept me going during these challenging times of the pandemic.”
