Roopal Tyagi: One lesson that I have learnt during the pandemic, is that life is very unpredictable

Roopal Tyagi is best known for playing the role of Gunjan in the TV show ‘Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke.’ Over the years, the actress has also been a part of shows such as ‘Dil Mill Gaye’ and ‘Ek Nayi Chhoti Si Zindagi’, among others.
We asked Roopal what the COVID-19 pandemic had taught her and she said, “One lesson that I have learnt during the pandemic, is that life is very unpredictable.In fact, I think all of us have learnt that this year. There is absolutely nothing we can do to avoid the change happening around us. What I am working on is how to make this change simpler and smoother, and not to resent it. That is one of the most important lessons, which I learnt and also implemented in my life. I feel being spiritual also helps in making this transition period smoother. That has kept me going during these challenging times of the pandemic.”

The actress was last seen playing a supporting role in ‘Shakti- Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki.’
