Shafaq Naaz breaks silence, denies doing Bigg Boss 19; says 'nothing of that sort is happening in my life'

Actress Shafaq Naaz, who has built a diverse portfolio across television, films, and digital platforms, is widely recognised for her remarkable performances in shows like Mahabharat and Chidiya Ghar. More recently, she impressed audiences with her impactful role in the true-crime docuseries Dancing on the Grave.

However, in the past few weeks, Shafaq found herself at the centre of swirling rumours regarding her alleged entry into Bigg Boss 19 and unfounded speculations about her personal life.

Taking to Instagram, the actress finally decided to address the matter head-on. In a bold clarification, Shafaq confirmed that she is not participating in Bigg Boss 19. While she admitted that gossip around the reality show was still somewhat manageable, what deeply upset her were fabricated reports claiming that she had exited the show due to a “family emergency” or “health issues.”

Slamming these baseless stories, Shafaq stated, "I don’t know what is being written about me. I saw some news that due to some family emergency or health issues, I exited the show. But the truth is, nothing of that sort is happening in my life. I’m absolutely fine. I’m walking, talking, working, and doing everything as normal. Thankfully, there’s no emergency in my life."



The actress further emphasised the importance of responsible reporting, drawing a clear line between professional speculations and personal matters. "Professionally, write whatever you want. But when it comes to such personal and sensitive concerns, at least ask me once if the news is correct. Such rumours create unnecessary drama that simply doesn’t exist in my life,” she added.

Shafaq Naaz has shut down all rumours — confirming she is neither entering Bigg Boss 19 nor facing any health or family crisis.
