Deepinder Goyal, co-founder of Zomato, made his debut on the series The Great Indian Kapil Show, alongside his wife, Mexican model Grecia Munoz, who was introduced as Gia Goyal. The episode also features Infosys founder NR Narayana Murthy and author and philanthropist Sudha Murty.

In a trailer for the show, Goyal recounted stories of a time when he and Munoz dressed up as Zomato delivery agents and shocked clients. Goyal mentioned that clients were especially stunned when Munoz made deliveries, which elicited laughter from the audience.
Last month, the couple became delivery agents for a day, and when delivering in Gurgaon, they ran into problems with mall security. Goyal, dressed in delivery clothes, was directed to use a side stairway rather than the mall's main entrance, a common limitation for delivery people.

This incident, which highlighted delivery issues, brought attention to policies that restrict access for such workers. In response, Ambience Mall in Gurgaon has set up a designated pickup location for meal delivery partners.

To add to the hilarious night, comedian Krushna Abhishek, who played Donald Trump, quipped about Zomato's frequent delays due to rain. "I want to tell you a joke, but you have to wait five minutes due to heavy rain," he said, referring to the platform's frequent delivery delays.

NR Narayana Murthy also gave a personal anecdote about his early connection with Sudha Murthy, describing meeting her as "a breath of fresh air."

This appearance follows Goyal's recent announcement that he will not be returning as a judge on Shark Tank India. According to Goyal, the decision originated from Swiggy's sponsorship of the fourth season, which caused him to leave the show owing to competition concerns.
