Splitsvilla X6 finale: Preet Singh reacts strongly after Niharika Tiwari allegedly mocked her assault incident; “Humanity should never be lost for drama or fights”
Even after the finale of Splitsvilla X6, controversies involving the contestants continue to make headlines online. One incident from the show has now sparked major discussion after contestant Niharika Tiwari allegedly mocked Preet Singh over her past assault experience during an intense argument inside the show.
What began as a verbal fight between the contestants soon turned ugly after Niharika allegedly made hurtful comments about Preet’s painful past experience. During the argument, Niharika reportedly said, “Bahut accha hua tere saath..Kaisa laga maar khaake?” This left many shocked and soon clips and comments from the fight spread across social media. This led to controversy and criticism. Many people questioned why someone’s personal trauma was brought into a reality show argument.
Soon after the clips from the fight went viral, Preet Singh appeared to break her silence through an emotional Instagram story. Without directly naming Niharika, Preet spoke about humanity, sensitivity, and the importance of not mocking someone’s trauma for fights, footage, or attention on reality shows.
Her statement read, “There’s a difference between winning an argument and losing your humanity. Reality shows are built on fights, drama and opinions, but mocking someone’s traumatic experience and making insensitive remarks about such a serious incident crosses a line that should never be crossed.”
She further added, “You are a woman but even beyond that, just being a human being, how can someone be so insensitive towards another woman’s pain? It is honestly shocking to see how far people can go for footage or attention. Some statements are not just controversial, they reflect a person’s mindset and values. No rivalry, no anger and no show can ever justify celebrating someone else’s trauma or pain.”
